Terms & conditions

1. General

These terms & conditions includes all sales, shipments and offers from MK Computer Electronic Nordic AB, hereinafter referred to as “MK Electronic”, unless other written agreement is agreed between the parties. Terms and conditions are valid from January 1, 2022, and until further notice.

2. Prices

The prices stated in our price files and MK Electronic website are showed in customer local currency but exclusive of VAT and freight charges.

MK Electronic reserves the right to change prices without further notice.

3. Payment

Credit delivery takes places after creditworthiness has been established. Unless other is agreed payment must be done for the full amount of invoice within 14 days. If late payment, interest on arrears is charged at 1.5% per month.

Alternatively, payment can be made in advance.

4. Delivery

Unless other is agreed transport cost is charged according to current pricelist.

Deliveries shall be made as Incoterm DAP unless other is agreed.

The delivery must be inspected by customer upon arrival and if any error in delivery or damaged goods notification must be given to MK Electronic within two working days of receipt.

Delivery time stated on order confirmation is an estimation and MK Electronic shall not be liable for any compensation due to delay in the delivery of goods.

Ownership and responsibility for ordered goods is transferred to the customer when the goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

5. Order

Order placed to MK Electronic, in any format, is binding when order confirmation is sent to customer unless discrepancy. If any discrepancy on order confirmation customer must inform MK Electronic latest next business day.

Orders may not be cancelled unless agreed in writing by MK Electronic.

6. Stop of delivery

In the event of a credit limit being exceeded or in the event of unpaid overdue invoices, the customer will have a stop of delivery.

7. Warranty

For all products sold, a six-month warranty applies. Before returning goods, the customer must apply for a return number (RMA) to MK Electronic. Products returned without RMA number will not be expedited.

Returns are made at the customers expense and risk. Goods must be returned within 14 days of issued RMA number. All products returned as warranty will be inspected by MK Electronic and if return is accepted, a credit note will be raised for the full amount of the part and at the same time or at claim date a new order for the same product must be placed by customer unless other is agreed. If return is not accepted product will be returned to customer at customer expense. MK Electronic shall under no circumstances be responsible for any additional expenses of customer related to warranty such as operational costs, transport costs or claim by third party.
